About David & Charlotte 

Hello!  We’re David, Charlotte, and Coral—the family behind Pueblo Charcuterie. What started as a simple holiday charcuterie board in 2020 has grown into a passion for bringing people together through delicious food and beautiful presentation.

Both David and Charlotte are Certified Food Managers, ensuring that everything we prepare meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. Charlotte also attended culinary school for several semesters, where she gained hands-on experience that continues to inspire her love for crafting and styling each board. David brings his entrepreneurial background by helping his father run an automotive family business, and together, we’ve built Pueblo Charcuterie with a focus on care, creativity, and community.

We’re proud to serve Pueblo, CO, and the surrounding areas with custom charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables. Each one is thoughtfully designed using only the finest ingredients, so whether you’re hosting a small gathering or planning a big celebration, you can count on us to help make it unforgettable. Recently, we've expanded our services with a dedicated delivery vehicle, making it even easier to bring our creations straight to your home, office, or event.
