About David & Charlotte 

Hello! We are David and Charlotte, founders of Pueblo Charcuterie.

 

David helps his father operate their family owned auto repair business. Charlotte attended culinary school & received her ServSafe Manager certification. We have always enjoyed hosting and entertaining. Both of us are actively involved at our church and love to serve our community. We love to spend time with family and believe that food is an exceptional way to gather everyone. 

 

It all began with a charcuterie board for our family during the 2020 Holiday season. What was supposed to be just a small side business, has become an amazing way to connect with others around the city. We believe in using only the highest quality ingredients and offering impeccable service. We proudly serve Pueblo, CO & surrounding areas. We would love to help you impress your guests with a charcuterie tray, box or grazing table!
